Services

All Metro Health Care’s trained caregivers provide an array of services.  From Skilled Nursing Services to Companion Services and everything in between, All Metro Health Care is the one stop shop for all your home care personnel needs.  Below please find a brief description of each type of service All Metro Health Care provides.

Skilled Nursing Services
All Metro Health Care provides in home nursing care for children, teens, adults, and seniors. The Company’s multidisciplinary team of professionals will work in consultation with the patient’s physician to develop a customized plan of care.  These services are available to individuals who are managing chronic conditions or to assist in recovery after a surgical procedure.

Examples of conditions that warrant this level of service are: (i) wound care; (ii) respiratory care; (iii) tracheotomy care; (iv) intravenous therapy; and (v) administering of medication.

Depending on the severity of a client’s condition, these services are provided by either a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse.  These services are available on an hourly or visit basis, and at a weekly frequency and duration as ordered by the patient’s attending physician. 

Rehabilitative Services
Depending upon the client’s needs, these services are provided by: (i) Physical Therapists; (ii) Occupational Therapists; or (iii) Speech Therapists.  These services are available on a visit basis at a weekly frequency and duration as ordered by the patient’s attending physician. 

Personal Care Services
Home Health Aides provide personal care services to you or your loved one, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, assisting with transferring, and assisting with walking. 

These services are available on a visit, hourly or live in basis.

Homemaker / Companion Services
Homemakers / Companions will perform tasks such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Additionally, they will interact with the patient by enjoying a cup of coffee, going on a walk, engaging in a conversation, accompanying the patient to appointments, etc. 

These services are available on an hourly or live in basis.
