Our Caregivers

All caregivers go through All Metro Health Care’s extensive screening process.  Each applicant is interviewed and his or her credentials, references and experience are verified.  Furthermore, each applicant must pass a written test, and demonstrate the capabilities to perform his or her job through hands on skills assessments.  Additionally, a doctor must certify that each applicant is healthy and has all required immunizations.  Finally, each employee’s background is checked for criminal history before he or she is hired.

Once hired, all caregivers are direct employees of All Metro Health Care, and therefore, All Metro Health Care is responsible for: (i) payroll; (ii) payroll taxes; (iii) payroll related insurance; (iv) workers’ compensation insurance; and all other responsibilities of an employer.  In addition, all employees are bonded and insured.

All Metro Health Care’s caregivers are supervised by a Registered Nurse.  The Registered Nurse makes supervisory home visits on a regular basis to ensure the health and safety of our clients, and to ensure that the caregivers are following the patient’s individualized plan of care.
